Yes you can still find good lobbies on team deathmatch but there are a lot of cheaters because of jailbroken ps3s and the theatre mode glitch. If you get a good lobby with no cheaters stay in because the game does not make you find new players unless people leave. Otherwise, everything else is pretty fine. You can find zombies lobbies as well. EU, yes. You can generally find games up to 3am EU time.
